With an 8 channel receiver the easiest way is to use Aileron Diff for channels 1 and 7 and Ailevator for channels 2 and 8 with AIL 3 and AIL 4 set to 0%.

With a 7 channel receiver the easiest way I have found is to use Flaperon for channels 1 and 6 and then do Pmix from Elevator as Master to Aux 1 as Slave, with Trim on at +100% rates.
