Here are four seat backs that I carved out of an insulation foam sheet. I first sliced out the rough shape of the whole seat back. Then I drew in the seat's sections and separated them. I sanded a nice round shape on the outer surfaces and glued them back together with a head rest on top. These are for a 1/6th scale plane and weigh next to nothing.
