Default RE: Jitters!!!

I must admit, I do not know what this sad little man is talking about. I started this thread by asking for some help from those more experienced. Dog's first reply did not address a single related subject. And frankly, it was inappropriate, offensive and rude I am sure that he had a point, but....... Well let's just say that public education is woefully inadequate, and was so even way back then.

Now, if I were a younger, less accomplished man; those comments would likely have sent me to another hobby.

I have a request for Dog and people like him:

Please, if you truly believe that you are too good for beginners, read and participate in other forums.

I am proud to be a new member of a good club with many fine instructors and a strict policy regarding behavior. People who act in an offensive and disrespectful manner are politely asked to leave the club. Now I know WHY they put such language into the bylaws.

It really is too bad that we are forced to deal with such attitudes in life, but is inevitable. I do, however, also believe that we learn much more about the character, or lack of such in a person when they act in such disdainful ways.

One comment I have:

For anyone to think that the duration of their presence on a message board or forum entitles them to act in a disrespectful and offensive manner to those with a shorter time of participation is simply laughable. I thought military men were respectful, dedicated and proud. I know almost all of them are.
