i think the only way this gets better is if they have to pay for every little bit of dmg that happens on shipment when we let them get buy with some dmg they win they have desensitized us and they get more and more money from now on i will except no dmg in any of my packages if theres some thing damaged they will pay for it and i urge every one to do the same other wise we will be taking it up the wahzoo from now on
