I agree, and I'm really upset[:@][:@][:@] my box also came damaged and the fuse was crushed, UPS was supposed to come and pick it up today to take it back to the shipper and 'til now (6:10 pm EST) they haven't showed up and they told me to leave the box outside my front door and it'has been there all day I expected to be gone when I came back from work ,,, but it's still there.

I ordered my plane December 27th 2004 and today it's one month and still have a broken fuse......no plane. This has been my worst experience in 8 years ordering staff online.
