Kaz, Try holding a little more right rudder on take off. I hold full up elev as I apply power gradually. As speed increases I let out of the elev and apply more right rudder as speed increases. I hold as much right rudder as needed all the way through climbout untill I start my upwind leg. Never has been a problem for me. As for landing, land it just like you land the real one. A little power and use that rudder. You want the stick in you gut when all 3 meet the ground. Much like you stated in your previous post.
