Ref. the Joiner. VERY stiff indeed.

Tips;

- Dry fit all the hinges.
- Use 30 min epoxy.
- Put clear tape on stabs to stop glue-ooze reaching the back of the stab.
- Tape stab tips at netural.
- Wipe excess epoxy off with denatured alcohol.
- When cured, Zap the mylar hinges

Drill the horn-bolts through the stab joiner.
