Wow Dave! I am sorry to hear you are having trouble. The download came through for me. With dial up service, it took me an hour and a half or so to get. Is there anyone near you that has a CD burner that could download it???

By the way, when I requested the download, I had my password in a few minutes. Did you go through like you were going to do a $0.00 purchase? I agree, it was a little weird the way it was set up, but it did work.
