I can safely say that all of the crashes I have had with RC helicopters (1 with my poor dead Shuttle Z and 3 with my Raptor 50) have ALL been due to pilot error. Of course, getting the Raptor back in the air (the Shuttle was a total and complete lose) was due to pilot mechanical knowledge!
