Yes, they did replace the servo, I just received it today. It took only 8 days from mailing the defective servo in until I received the replacement. I didn't send in the tail motor because I have heard this is a common problem with many stock tail motors. I have installed a purple heat sink on my new tail motor and I will be interested to see if that will help the motor to last longer. Also, I know this isn't related to your question but I downloaded a free flight simulator and I am hoping this will help me to learn to fly the helicopter after I get it fixed. I have not tried any other simulators but I am really impressed with this one. It is called preflight and you can download it from
www.preflightsim.com. They give you this demo free in hopes that you will purchase the full program which comes with a trainer cord for your transmitter for $75 plus $5 shipping.
