Looking for feedback from those that have had experience with the new Helimax Roto fly Helicopter. Mine has progressive tailrotor control issues, in addition to the typical drift. Also, the heli has developed pitch stability control issues that include violent fore and aft ossolations. My heli is on it's third N20 tail rotor motor.
Thank you!

On the one I had the ball link kept popping off the flybar and would not stay on but never got to fly it the pitch servo died not long out of the box so needless to say I sent it back for a refund and got a better heli.

I purchased my rotofly last christmas. I am new to rc copter's and I haven't learned to fly it yet but my tail motor burned out after about 4 or 5 battery cycles. Also after about 12-15 battery cycles my pitch servo burned out too. I think that the servo is actually a Hi-Tec HS-50 micro servo so I think that these are pretty good quality servos.

Yes, they did replace the servo, I just received it today. It took only 8 days from mailing the defective servo in until I received the replacement. I didn't send in the tail motor because I have heard this is a common problem with many stock tail motors. I have installed a purple heat sink on my new tail motor and I will be interested to see if that will help the motor to last longer. Also, I know this isn't related to your question but I downloaded a free flight simulator and I am hoping this will help me to learn to fly the helicopter after I get it fixed. I have not tried any other simulators but I am really impressed with this one. It is called preflight and you can download it from www.preflightsim.com. They give you this demo free in hopes that you will purchase the full program which comes with a trainer cord for your transmitter for $75 plus $5 shipping.
