Had my test flight today. Not only is there no way to get to the recommended throws on the Elevators, but nor can you get there on the ailerons. We severely modified the elevators just to get 40 degrees down. Manual says you can get 50 deg. Now I see we need to do the same for the ailerons. This is a serious flaw in the bird. They need to fix this before they ship anymore. But they won’t so I guess it is up to us to come up with modifications. Clearly CA does not care that the model can not deliver anywhere near the throws that the manual says it can without big modifications. Even then it will not fully.
Other then the throw issues, she flies pretty well. Only 1 flight so far, it is was just a shake out. Will know more after this weekend.

I know 1 thing. I am a horsepower junkie, and the DA 50 on this bird is over the top. Love that DA.
