I was going to ask about adding stock to the inboard side, but you beat me to my question. The slots line up from the tips to the inner part of the wing. There will be lite ply sandwiched around these parts, that is why I was going to ask if I could butt joint some stock. I have added a picture to show where I would add the stock.
