The coupler is slipping off the exhaust because the raw fuel is getting in there and making it slide off. Not much you can do, maybe pick yourself up a 1 piece tuned pipe that way you wont need the rubber coupler. 230 Celcius? Isnt that like over 400 F, do you want to cook your engine or something? Richen it up or that engine is toast.
