i had the same prob. i used a small propane torch and heated up the end of the pipe(not header) and used some small channel locks and made a flange on the end so it wont slip off. just be careful not to do it all at once and rip it. just take your time and keep working it little by little and curve up the end. the end may be a bit sharp and may cut into the rubber connector. so i used my dremmel and rounded it and smoothed the edge. its a for sure fix. then use 2 zip ties on each side. just keep it HOT and work it slow.

The coupler is slipping off the exhaust because the raw fuel is getting in there and making it slide off. Not much you can do, maybe pick yourself up a 1 piece tuned pipe that way you wont need the rubber coupler. 230 Celcius? Isnt that like over 400 F, do you want to cook your engine or something? Richen it up or that engine is toast.
