disagree about scrapping the ca hinges, but to each his own. The robarts will work fine as well, but they are not necessary. I have been running CA hinges in planes up in the 40% range with no problems. The key is to use a good quality CA (not odorless) and to use enough of it, assemble with a very minimal gap, like 1/64", but DO leave that gap-this will allow the hinge to "roll" instead of fold and crease, and, of course, seal the gap!
