My 2 cents. I dont care for GMS but hey thats a matter of prefrence. Just keep in mind you get what you pay for. And secondly the only thing thats going to remain constant through your flight experiences is your radio. Spend a little more upfront get e nice 6 to 9 depending on your budget comp radio and you wont be looking for another for a while. And thats the item you will be swapping out the most from plane to plane or at least programmign more into one radio. Def a good investment. Good Luck
