You are not kidding. That is the ARF from hell. You'll be as well off with another plane?
It really works out bad for all concerned when something is wrong.
You are going to need a wing or else do some major surgery.
The fuselage, redrill for the throttle rod and make a shim to aim the engine to the right.
I've been this route a couple times. I've licked my wounds and got on with my life.
I had one that was damaged in shipment.
I had another that was from one of the most promenent US companies but it was actually made by a very well known Hong Kong company. It was the poorest excuse for a ARF that ever was and wasn't representative of the quality you would expect from either company.
Most times, I have been able to salvage the situation without sending anything back.
