I don't see why not....a volt is a volt. The only thing is that most of the guys flying Lipo's remove the packs from the planes while they are charging in case there should be a problem...which could very inconvenient in a jet. The packs are very sensitive to overcharging and fire is a definite possibility. There is actually a product that is a small ceramic container to put the packs in while charging to contain a fire should an overcharge occur.
