strange... I've had to ream every prop for my saito's... are you sure this prop has not been reamed? what prop are you trying to use? If you can find a brass or similar tube with a 7MM ID then you can ream the prop to fit the OD thus making a shim/spacer... too me it's not worth the trouble making a shim out of brass tube to remedy the problem... I'd buy another prop.
