does the stock xxx-nt come with a throttle return spring and a servo saver

Yea the Rustler says it comes with a Throttel return spring ,but i crashes into my house when the battery fell out why didn't it do anything.
I think most stock TRSs are just to pull the carb closed if the throttle linkage comes off. Some people claim to have them strong enough to overpower the servo (if the batteries come out) but I'm somewhat doubtful of that.. it would take a beefy spring.
