Not sure where you got yours from we supply a CD manual that Carl T. did for us that shows the throws. But they are the following:

Elev:
High Rates: UP 8mm / DOWN 6mm

Low Rates: UP 5.5mm / DOWN 4mm


Ail:
High Rates: LEFT/RIGHT 8mm / DOWN 6mm

Low Rates: LEFT/RIGHT 6mm / DOWN 4mm


CG:
point is 90mm from the base of the leading edge of the wing.

Only lipo packs we <personally> have run is the Kokam 1500 x 3

Bungee launch or a dolly setup like the picture shows. Like Carl says I too only know of a few people who tried HL. I would not even attempt it myself <I like my Sniper>
