I mounted mine on the right side. I just cut a hole in the covering and built a mount for it. I reached through from the other side to help with the mount glueing. It really wasn't very hard. I feel this plane has a large span on the CG and is very flyable anywhere within the manual settings. Mine is at 35% as I recall. One thing I forgot. The axle just broke on me on the 4th or 5th flight. I didn't even land hard. It just broke off right during the flight. It flys so slow on landing that I was able to harrier land with a lot of alerion without any damage. Didn't even break the prop. But you better replace the axles before you even fly it once. They are junk. That's about the only thing I didn't like about the plane. Everything else, including all the other stock hardware is top notch.
