Thanks for the ideas.... I might try loosening the slipper a little next time. I would like to upgrade the tranny parts, but am finding it hard to cough up the 60 for a new diff considering I just spent 160 on parts, new body, fuel, tires and wheels over the past couple of weeks. Its hard to convince my wife I NEED these parts.

ThunderbirdJunkie -- can you provide a link to the ally idler and delrin diff gear...either I'm not for sure what I'm looking for or cannot find it
