He ment the padles are flat and equal to one another. No up or down in the neutral position. I set mine up like that and with the help of a simulator I was flying. I hovered for two minuits yesterday. Throtle up quick to get rid of that nasty left pull. Thats the only way. I broke three roto heads trying to get it right. The thing flies right once you get it about five feet in the air. Cheers

Sory, new guy here. What does that mean "no incedence"? Mine are not lying flat either. That might be why its wanting to take off to the left before it even gets off the ground?

The paddles should be flat, with no incidence. You set the flybar so that it's level, and then make sure there's no incidence on the paddles.
