Apply few drops of water or just spit on the cylinder head. The drops or your spit should evaporate only after 3-5 seconds. If they evaporate sooner so your motor is running too hot that need to richen the HSN. Remind that this method just give you some idea on the running temperature but not for optimal tuning.
