Default RE: Hangar 9 Twist 3D

hey FRYWALKER,
I've got a new magnum .91 in my twist. i flew it with the .91 for the first time today, but only flew one flight. it was getting to dark to see tha plane, i just had to take it up once this evening while i had a chance, and it was awesome. i just hope it will be good enough weather this weekend to burn a lot of gas. i mounted magnum sideways so the muffler would be pointing under the plane to keep it cleaner. the engine is also to wide to fit in the slot. i also mounted a mini servo right in front of the wing so it would be closer to the carb. to counter the extra weight up front i moved the battery and the reciever back behind the wing. it put the cg at about 4 1/2''. i blocked up the landing gear about an inch to acount for the larger prop. i'm using a 13x8 master airscrew and it clears fine, i'm prolly going to block it up an other inch just to be safe, or see if we have an other landing gear to give me more clearence. i've already cracked the twist in half twice so i was happy to see it not fall apart when it got in the air. i'll try to post some pics early next week, hopefully by then i won't be show'en yall pictures of a cracked up twist.
