dip wad you dont dont know either water boils at 212 degrees....his problem sounds like an air leak to me ..check that the carb is seated properly into the block and that the o ring is in good shape and not torn or nicked ..it sounds like it is leaning out..


it also could be that junk thunder tiger motor your running too...folks around my part dont like tt very much..alot of problems with product and customer service......you may consider a new motor
