JMiracle- here are some pics of the cowl mounting , I installed my upper cowl brackets opposite the plan,so that I could use a long allen wrench the I made up, to remove the bolt through the frt opening. This allows you to remove the top of the cowl without taking the canopy off. The plywood cowl pieces get glassed into the cowl, tack glue them with ca, remove and then glass it in. I didn't tack glue mine yet, remember to leave a 1/16 gap between the cowl and the fuse. The lower cowl is removed through a small access hole 1/8'' using an allen wrench( see the black dot in the picture). Good luck , Jack.
