I went to home depot and got my C channel. The largest size was 3/4 of an inch. They did not have 7/8 C channel. do you mean i should use C channel that is 2" or larger instead of 3/4? I guess i will have to use the 3/4" since it was the biggest they had. Could you tell me how long the wood pieces were on your box? It looks like you epoxied 2 short pieces between 2 longer ones.
