Other than flight performance I don't think the weight will be a problem. These are pretty tought airplanes. Kinda like the Jeep of airplanes. I would make sure and double/triple check your CG to make sure it is balanced per the manual. The only problem would be if you had a severe tail heavy plane. Other than that, just enjoy the plane. You can make the other mods discussed later, or as a winter project.
