Thomas thanks for the reply. I did find this site but the model I saw was composite or at least I think it was composite. After my first post I remembered whoever built this thing also had a custom trailer built for it. The trailer had hydraulics to tilt the model up or down or lean both ways as if it were banking . If memory serves me the model on the trailer were hooked up to a saab station wagon and it was longer than the car which made for a funny looking photo.
