I fly off of a grass field and I don't have a bit of problem with the 15x6 prop. I'm using 3 1/2" wheels but I think even 3" would still be ok. This plane lands so smoothly that prop clearance with a hard landing isn't too much of an issue. I look forward to hearing how your maiden flight goes. Good luck!
