Well, the Reflex converter is also progressing pretty smoothly. I have it working right now as a matter of fact. The only thing I need to fix are some threading issues (e.g. cpano starts the conversion process before the code that resizes the pano image is finished). Once I get that taken care of, it should be ready to go.

It'll still be the same utility. The code itself is smart enough to realize if you're trying to install an AFP scene, AFPD scene or a Reflex XTR scene. In other words, it'll adapt to whatever you throw at it.

If all goes well, the Reflex converter will be finished tomorrow.
