It's not a geared starter, but the Sullivan Dynatron is a great starter, can be used 12 volts or 24 volts if you need even more torque. Mid $40's. It will spin my US-41 on 12V, and a glow engine up to 1.80 isn't even a challenge. There are a bunch of different starter cones available for it, also.
