Rog, Ken, Hill and the rest,
Here is a link to a Piper Pacer (tail dragger) project with links to more info and pictures on the Pacer (
http://www.dakotacub.com/). It shows a rebuild and other inside stuff and the other links tell tale about the search for info on a Pacer and picture taken at different events.
Mr Hill, I can't think of a better way of getting younger people involved in R/C Aircraft. Just the pictures of the kids with their smiles, concentration and interest is rewarding. Even when they make a mistake, they are learning. Good job.
Even though I am not building a Tri-Pacer, but a Super Cub from RCM plans, I have read this post with some interest. The Creve Coeur Airport in St louis County, MO, has a pair of Tri-Pacers hangered there. If my memory serves my correctly, one is painted white with red and the other is cream with red. I don't have the owners address, reg numbers or any pictures, but may be able to get some info on Saturday if you would like.
