The picture is known as a avatar. You can go to Settings and you should then see Your Profile.

Scoll down until you see My Avatar. Then click on Upload My Picture. Here is the catch. The picture needs to be 85X85 pixels and no larger than 7KB. If you have a favorite photo and don't know how to resize it then send it to me. I will resize and send it back.
