I've been flying a Thunder Tiger Lazy P51 for some mild 3D but with a flat bottom wing it is limited but it prop hangs pretty good and inverted flight is pretty good also, Will loop inverted with the elevator/aileron mix but the 32 is going to stay in that. I'm no pro but I have been going in forward steps and can handle a combat Spad with ease and those keep you on your toes and now I want to start trying some 3D flying and I picked up a old OS 46SF and need a plane to put it in. I have a Midwest ME109 hopefully taking it's maiden flight this weekend with my OS 46FX so the sport plane area is covered, I'm not against ARF's but building will keep me busy this winter and are a little cheaper as far as the wife knows (hehe Don't tell her I have to buy all the accessories for the kit) so a Good entry level 3D would be good but don't want something I will out grow because I do pick up fast on things and get bored if I can do more than my plane, So far this summer I've been lucky. Have flown almost every weekend and have yet to crash. Seen plenty others crash though and the more experienced guys keep asking me why I never crash (Ongoing joke) Because my brother and I are the ones who push our planes to there limets (you should see his Slowpoke with a Tower 46 prop hang and pull strait out of it, It don't look natural I tell ya) So what I would like is a 3D plane that looks good with a OS 46SF that I can grow into and not out grow too fast. (Sorry for all the babling, Just got home from work and I'm very tired. Hate working nights)
