Default Baffling

RR, make your lower baffle reach the middle of the cylinder, and use the side of the cowl to support the vertical baffles for the "baffle box" ends. Don't need to make anytihgn fancy, just as long as the air is directed over the upper half of the cyl's, and directly down the back sides of them. Also, rule of thumb is to have 3x air outlet than air inlet.

Bobby Wilson's web site has all the info you need to know. www.cactusaviation.com

I have pics on AeroWorks web site of the baffling in my Edge.

I have since changed the baffling since the pics, as per Bobby's request.

Any more info, be glad to help!!

Chris~
