Ok, I posted a new version which should fix some of the ones you were having problems with. Here's what's fixed:

1. Correctly detects reflex scenes if they use the .jpeg extension on the panoramic photos
2. Fixes Reflex scenes that use spaces in the directory and/or filenames

Tested it on a couple, including this nice scene Heli IG-Amt im Schnee.
