Default RE: My coming setup

Excellent setup.

The only suggestions I can make are:

1. Get some 11x6 props instead of the 10x6 props. The 10x6 props MAY allow the engine to rev too high. I, and most of the people I know, have had our best performance with 11x5, 11x6 and 11x7 props when using a 46 engine.

2. Get some 30 minute epoxy. You want to use the 30 minute epoxy for joining the wing halfs. You will also find, as you get more into the hobby, that except for foamies, 5 minute epoxy has VERY limited applications due to its lack of strength.

3. Get 1 (or more ) spare OS #8 glo plugs and wrench. I would also suggest in your "assorted" tools for the flight box a 4" AND 6" adjustable wrench. a regular screwdriver, a phillips screwdriver with a #2 tip and a philips screwdriver WITH A #1 TIP. The #1 tip is the size you need for your servo screws and other small phillips head screws.

4. You may also want to consider an electric starter. The chicken sticks are OK, however, there will be times when you will need the electric starter to get the engine started.
