good choices. But you might want a little handheld small battery operated glow stick so you dont need the bif panel. Also you forgot a flight box to hold it all in. The dubro ex glo is a good handheld glow ignitor

Hope you also have some 30 min epoxy. I wouldn't glue the wing together with that 6 minute stuff. Also, so that you know next time, you can get epoxy, stir sticks (popsicle sticks), mixing cups, brushes and other misc. stuff like that cheaper around town. The brushes you can find at hobby lobby for about half of that price, and the other stuff can be bought at Wal-mart or other such retailer, much cheaper!
Exactly what are you going to put that power panel into? I see you didn't order a box. Also, if you're going to all of the expense of a battery, and power panel, you might as well spend a few more bucks and get an electric starter. It will be a tremendous help!

exactly what I was going to suggest. Even my "one flick wonder" TT-46 needs some electric starter luvins when its coooold outside.

Starters are all pretty much the same. sullivan, hobico, magnum, any will work. the come in two sizes. the smaller will start up to .90 size and its slightly larger counterpart 1.80 size.

Avistar 40 II MonoKote ARF $99.99
O.S. .46 AX ABL w/Muffler $114.99
7CAF FM R127DF 4 S3151 38 $264.99
You could save $100 by buying a less expensive engine, radio, and servos. The S3151s are overkill for a trainer, but as part of the set, they're not much more, so go for it. You have not chosen bad stuff, just spending more than necessary.
Associated Factory Team Glow Starter Blue $19.99
Hobbico Accu-Glo II Power Panel $29.99
Hobbico TorqMaster LC 12V 7Amp Battery $17.99
Hobbico 12 Volt Charger U/L Listed $10.99
There's a mismatch with the above 4 items. You've chosen a power panel, 12v battery, and charger, but you are getting nothing to plug into it. You could ditch the glow starter and get a glow lead that plugs into the panel. Here's a tip, being able to adjust the power to the glow plug (using the knob on the power panel) makes hand starting much easier than with a glow starter. And, as has already been mentioned, exactly where are you going to put the panel.
2 Master Airscrew 10x6 G/F Nylon Propeller $2.29
Check the manual for your engine. The minimum recommended prop is 10.5x6. Go with one in the recommended range, with a larger diameter and smaller pitch. This is like being in a low gear in the car, plenty of pull, but not such high top end speed. It will make takeoffs easier, and help slow the plane down for landing.
Tower Hobbies #64 Rubber Bands 1/4lb $1.59
Great Planes Silicone Fuel Tubing Standard 3' $2.19
Tower Hobbies 6-Minute Epoxy 4 oz. $4.99
Do yourself a favor, buy 30 minute epoxy instead of 6 minute. You need the extra time to get the glue spread around and align the parts. Plus you'll get a better bond. I don't even bother keeping 5 minute epoxy in my shop anymore, it's such a firedrill to mix it, spread it around and align things before it starts to gel.
Hobbico Steel T-Pins 1" (100) $2.09
Hobbico Latex Foam Rubber 1/4" $2.49
Great Planes Epoxy Mixing Sticks (50) $2.49
Great Planes Epoxy Mixing Cups (50) $2.99
Great Planes Epoxy Brushes (6) $1.29
chicken stick $3.49
TOTAL-------------------------------------------------$590.11

Missing essential (IMO) items:
Spare glow plugs OS #8
Glow plug wrench
Fuel pump (manual works fine)
Battery tester (to monitor the condition of the receiver battery)
Receiver switch and charge jack holder (better than mounting the switch on the outside of the plane, and the jack holder allows easy access for testing the battery condition.
Fuel can hardware (so you can connect the fuel pump lines without opening the fuel can all the time. Sometimes these come with the fuel pump.
Do you have a square for checking the alignment of the tail surfaces?
Prop reamer (often the hole in the prop is smaller than the engine shaft)
Prop balancer (many don't bother balancing props, but everyone should)
it comes with 2 receivers a hi and a lo, what is the difference?
It will come with EITHER a high or low band receiver, based on the frequency you pick. There is no difference between the two, Futaba just tunes some of their receivers to work best in the higher frequency numbers, and others in the lower frequency numbers. Your set will get the appropriate receiver for the channel you chose, 38.

Piper pointed out some things you should really have, and some you should consider.

I for one don't bother with the power panel and separate 12 volt battery. I have a starter with self contained battery, same with the glow ignitor, and a manual fuel pump. That way I don't have all sorts of cords hanging around the prop.

I also use a large plastic tool box from Wallmart (about $15) as a field box. Works well and costs a lot less than those "flight boxes" that you have to build and paint.

Here's my flight box.

Excellent setup.

The only suggestions I can make are:

1. Get some 11x6 props instead of the 10x6 props. The 10x6 props MAY allow the engine to rev too high. I, and most of the people I know, have had our best performance with 11x5, 11x6 and 11x7 props when using a 46 engine.

2. Get some 30 minute epoxy. You want to use the 30 minute epoxy for joining the wing halfs. You will also find, as you get more into the hobby, that except for foamies, 5 minute epoxy has VERY limited applications due to its lack of strength.

3. Get 1 (or more ) spare OS #8 glo plugs and wrench. I would also suggest in your "assorted" tools for the flight box a 4" AND 6" adjustable wrench. a regular screwdriver, a phillips screwdriver with a #2 tip and a philips screwdriver WITH A #1 TIP. The #1 tip is the size you need for your servo screws and other small phillips head screws.

4. You may also want to consider an electric starter. The chicken sticks are OK, however, there will be times when you will need the electric starter to get the engine started.
