Borna, that was an extreme case with very high end equipment. If you will read the thread carefully, Wojtec factored in everything from a trailer to t-shirts. Guess I shouldn't have posted the link as it is certainly not reflective of the cost of a beginner's jet. While I doubt I'll get away with $3700, I will be closer to that than to the cost of a King Cat. Are jets expensive ? Yes. No getting around that but as Mark pointed out, you can be creative and cut the costs quite a bit.
Again, don't get spooked off yet. Do the research.
