All of the factory new tires come pre-stomped at the factory! Seriously, we are talking about replacing the tires on a BVM wheel for example. Some of them can be rather stubborn to get on the rim, especially the smaller sizes. The factory new wheels/tires are good to go from the factory. With the BVM combo the only thing that you must do after you get them is to install the rim screws. These screws look good (a little more scale appearing) and keep the tire from slipping on the rim under hard braking. Kevin
