Good looking jet. You will find that the flaps are not needed. This plane will fly as slow a you wanna go. I fly with the scale ailerons and roll response is excellent. I also have the scale ailerons and rudders on mine. I love your paint scheme. I think mine came out to about 12lbs. Didnt have to add any weight to balance once the correct cg was determined. Give yourself as much elevator throw as possible. Check some threads here on the Mig 29 to determine if you have the correct cg. You willenjoy this jet and it does get some attention since you dont see many Migs at the filed.
