thanks for the info i think i know what happened, those set screws that are not offset in angle in the clutch push on some type of ball right? well i noticed when i took second gear off the tranny that if i had those two set screws that go to the balls too tight the 2nd gear would lock up, so i loosened them until the 2nd speed bell spun freely then readjusted the angled screws to the factory setting and will start over.
