Though in truth, compared with days of yore even pattern ARFs are relatively cheap such that you can pretty much buy a complete model for about what it would cost to buy the materials to rebuild and cover the wings on your Arresti! But I'm with you on the building part. Though I can build well and did for many years, I'm glad we don't have to any more.

As you say, a dearth of 2M ARF pattern ships locally at the sort of pricing you can fetch them for in the US.

That's the problem with pattern and advancing. Playing in the same game with bigger toys costs plenty.
