Default Lucky Charm?

A friend stopped by to watch some flying the other day and since I always refer to my planes as pretty bird, pretty lady etc. I asked him jokingly if he had an anklette for the bare leg (landing gear) on the plane he was looking at. (He's a silversmith) He laughed and turned up the next day with a silver anklettes for a buddy's and my planes. He said they were good luck charms and were decorated with Native American symbols for wind, bird and lightning! Nice huh? I thought "now's here a novel idea" and suggested that he might sell these to RC pilots on the net and make a few extra bucks. Being from a mining town gone bust years ago.....times are tough for a lot of people in this area. So what do you folks think of this idea? Do you think a band of .950 silver (more silver content than sterling) that's 3/8" wide and 2" long and is decorated as described would be a novel purchase for $10 as a "lucky charm"? I'm just trying to "feel the market out" for this guy and not steer him down a path that would end up nowhere. Thank you for your opinion!
