Default 3W 140 Problems

Hey guys I'm having problems with my 3W and I'm sure yall will have a suggestion on what the problem would be. I bought a barely used old style 140 TOC, broke it in and have 20 flights with it on a Carden Cap. Today I leaned it out a bit more and it ran great for it's first flight. Then I changed oil from husqyvarna to pennzoil air cooled and while doing vertical snaps 10 min into the next flight it died. 2 flights later I was in a harrier and it died and somehow got her down in the grass with no visible damage - still a hard landing. It never sounds weird it just dies in the air. I richened the needles out a bit and tried starting the engine, but now gas just bellows out of the carb like crazy and it won't stop. anyone know what's wrong?

Update:
I'm not very knowledgable with these engines so I just took the carb off from the carb block( I assume), took both needle vavles out and sprayed ALOT of carb cleaner in all these holes. I wiped anything dirty and put everything back together and the engine turned over but quickly came back to the old problem. Now when I put fuel in the tank it goes out the carb - I have to squeeze the tube to fill it up. When I can turn it over, it will not run under 1/3 throttle but will run to full power as if there was no problem. There seems to be gas not just comming out of the 90 degree carb nozzle but all around it as well. The fuel system has two filters in line and 2 before it goes into the tank - the carb screens looked clean....PLEASE HELP!
