Do you have alot of downthrust from the engine when mounted on top of the engine mount ?


Looking into the rear end of mine you can see the engine mounts are far from centered in the DF thrust tube.
Ive been looking at some Turbax 45 pics, and it looks like the mounting flanges on the DF unit are not centered in the 9 o-clock, and 3 o clock position. ??

Im going to shim the mount up on the lower side of the mounts in my jet, and install the engine on that.
